Editor’s Note

Last updated 20 Sept 2026

Our take: 24/7 FITNESS Beauty World at THE LINQ is consistently praised for its cleanliness and modern aesthetic.

Members highlight the good selection of plate-loaded and pin-loaded machines, including unique options like the Hammer Strength D.Y.

Row, which caters to serious lifters.

The staff are noted for being friendly and helpful, and the amenities, including showers and body spray, are well-maintained.

However, a recurring point of feedback concerns the gym's music selection.

Several members find the playlist repetitive and ill-suited for a weights gym, with pop and TikTok-style tracks dominating, which can detract from the workout atmosphere.

Another minor inconvenience mentioned is the lack of an in-gym restroom, requiring members to exit and re-enter for toilet breaks.

We think this gym is a solid choice for those prioritising a clean, well-equipped facility with 24/7 access.

Best for individuals who can either tune out background music or prefer to bring their own headphones.
