AC Braised Duck and Kway Chap is a must-try! We absolutely loved the tender, flavorful braised duck. The pork belly and other ingredients were perfectly braised in a rich, herbal sweet-savory sauce, and the intestines were tender. The kway was soft and silky, elevated by the fragrant shallot oil in the broth. My kids love this kway alot. Comforting, satisfying, and definitely worth a visit!
