Our take: Agape Authentic Myanmar Cuisine stands out for its genuine Burmese offerings, with patrons consistently praising the authenticity and quality.
We note the generous portions and the inclusion of complimentary cabbage and soup, which adds to the value.
Dishes like Nan Gyi Thote, Tofu Thote, Mohingya, and Myanmar Briyani are highlighted as popular choices, showcasing a broad menu.
The Rakhine Mont Di is specifically mentioned as tasty but deceptively spicy, warranting a warning for those sensitive to heat.
While the chicken liver curry might be an acquired taste for some, the overall consensus points to fresh, hygienic, and well-balanced flavours that are neither too greasy nor overly salty.
We appreciate the specific advice regarding parking at Block 177A MSCP and using the overhead bridge, which is useful for first-time visitors.
Verdict: A highly recommended spot for authentic Burmese cuisine, especially for those in the west, but approach the Rakhine Mont Di with caution if you're not a fan of spice.
