Our take: Alsa Nasi Padang, located within KK Women's and Children's Hospital in Kallang, aims to offer traditional Indonesian nasi padang.
However, public sentiment suggests significant issues with both food quality and pricing.
Customers consistently report dishes being overly salty, with specific complaints about the sambal goreng and ayam penyet soup.
There are also concerns regarding freshness, with one reviewer suspecting a reused hard-boiled egg and another noting sour tofu and unfresh chicken.
Portions are described as small, especially in relation to the high prices; for instance, a meal of one chicken and two vegetables reportedly cost $11, and rice with fish cake and sambal goreng was $6.10.
We'd advise caution.
Given the consistent negative feedback on quality and value, this is not a recommended option.

This is probably one of the most expensive Malay rice stalls in Singapore. I was charged $6.10 for rice with a piece of fish cake and sambal goreng. Sambal goreng was very salty.
The hard-boiled egg suspected to be reuse. Smelled bad. For ayam penyet, soup is too salty, tofu is sour, chicken not fresh. Both meals were breakfast in different days
I've had my worst ayam penyet in my life here. Portion size is also so small for the price. Instant regret buying from this stall. Avoid at all cost.
Went here as the q was short. Food was salty.. 1 chicken and 2 veggies was $11.
