Our take: Amore Fitness & Define at Tampines 1 stands out for its dual offering of fitness classes and spa services, catering to both men and women.
We note consistent praise for the welcoming staff and the overall ambience, particularly within the spa section.
Reviewers frequently highlight the quality of the spa treatments, with mentions of thoughtful touches like ginger tea and green bean soup served post-treatment, and an oxygen room for pre-appointment waiting.
The fitness classes, such as Energy Sculpt and Salsation, are well-received for their energetic instructors and varied workouts suitable for different fitness levels.
While the spa services are generally excellent, one reviewer wished for clearer communication from therapists during treatment transitions.
We think this location is a strong contender for those seeking a comprehensive wellness experience under one roof, offering both active and relaxing options.
It's particularly well-suited for individuals looking for long-term fitness engagement or a pampering spa day.
