Our take on Berkat Suami Isteri Muslim Food is that it offers a comforting, homely experience for those seeking authentic Malay cuisine in Geylang.
Reviewers highlight the friendly service and the traditional feel of the dishes.
The Mee Soto, in particular, receives praise for being flavourful and satisfying.
While some older reviews mention issues with dishes like Mee Rebus having a light gravy, more recent feedback suggests consistent quality and good portions.
We note that service can be slow, especially if there's only one server, leading to potential waits of up to 10 minutes.
However, customers generally find the wait worthwhile for the food.
It's important to remember that this establishment is cash-only, with no cashless payment options.
We'd recommend Berkat Suami Isteri Muslim Food for a simple, traditional Malay meal, especially if you're in the area and have cash on hand.
