Our take: CHAGEE VivoCity stands out as the brand's largest outlet in Singapore, offering a significantly different experience from its other locations.
We note the spacious layout, designed to draw customers into a main seating area that boasts a tranquil sea view — a rare find in a mall setting.
This makes it particularly suitable for groups or those seeking a relaxing break.
The collaboration with Nesuto Artisan Tea Cakes provides an additional draw for those looking for a snack alongside their drink.
Reviewers consistently highlight the excellent service and pleasant, tea-scented ambiance.
The Peach Oolong Milk Tea, priced at $6.90, is frequently recommended for its refreshing and balanced flavour.
While the spaciousness is a major plus, it's worth noting that a truly 'cosy' atmosphere might depend on visiting during off-peak hours.
We think this location is best for those prioritising ambiance and a view with their bubble tea, especially in the evenings.
