Our take: Chickyfish is the kind of neighbourhood find that earns its following quietly — tucked inside Punggol East Container Park, it was formerly Seoul Good Desserts & Coffee before rebranding into a Korean-Western fusion concept that leans heavily on fresh (not frozen) chicken.
That distinction matters here.
The Whole Spring Chicken, priced from $14.90, is the headline act: reviewers consistently call out the crispy skin and juicy interior as the real deal, and the kitchen's insistence on fresh poultry comes through in the texture.
Beyond the bird, the Spicy Kimchi Carbonara is the dish that surprises — described as carrying sweetness over heat, it reads more fusion than fire, which works in its favour.
The hot and spicy chicken wings and freshly fried fries round out a menu that punches above its casual, open-air setting.
Service is a genuine strength — the owner is frequently name-checked for being hands-on and warm.
The one honest caveat: whole chicken orders can take noticeably longer than expected, so factor in the wait if you're ordering one.
At these price points in a pet-friendly, al-fresco container park setting, Chickyfish is a strong call for groups of four or more on a breezy weekday evening.

What customers say
Chickyfish at Punggol East Container Park draws overwhelmingly positive sentiment, with customers repeatedly singling out the whole spring chicken — praised for its crispy skin, juicy fresh (not frozen) meat, and strong value at promotional prices around $14.90–$15.
The Korean-Western fusion menu, including spicy kimchi carbonara, kimchi seafood soup, spicy noodles, and freshly made fries, is noted for its creativity and distinct flavour profiles.
The owner/boss is frequently mentioned by name in spirit — described as friendly, interactive, and attentive — contributing meaningfully to the dining experience at this outdoor container park setting.
The one notable operational criticism is slow food preparation time for the chicken, flagged by at least one reviewer.

Review: Chicky Fish – Whole Spring Chicken ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The crispy, juicy chicken here is absolutely worth the visit! You can taste the difference — they use fresh chicken, not frozen, which makes the meat tender and flavorful. The skin is perfectly crisp while the inside stays moist and succulent. It’s a dish that feels both comforting and indulgent, and at this price point, it’s a real steal. Definitely one of those meals that makes you want to come back again and again. ✅ Fresh ingredients ✅ Crispy skin, juicy meat ✅ Great value for money Will definitely return for another round!
