D Fly Fitness Studio - Jurong East

We note that the studio generally receives positive feedback for its instructors and welcoming environment, with some reviewers highlighting the patience and skill of the teaching staff.

The studio's new location and design have also been praised for contributing to a clean and comfortable atmosphere.

However, we've observed a significant concern regarding customer service responsiveness.

One recent review indicates a lack of reply to inquiries, even after a week, which suggests potential issues with their communication channels.

While the quality of instruction appears to be a strong point, the unresponsiveness to potential clients could be a barrier for those looking to join or return.

We think this studio is best for those who prioritize instructor quality and a pleasant class environment, but we'd recommend calling directly rather than relying on text messages for inquiries.
