Our take: Enchanted Cafe on Rangoon Road stands out for its 24-hour operation, making it a reliable spot for night owls seeking a cozy atmosphere.
We see consistent praise for the friendly and accommodating staff, with multiple reviewers highlighting thoughtful gestures like flowers for Mother's Day or toys for children.
The food receives positive mentions, including "delicious cold brew coffee," "delicious linguini," and "juicy chicken." While the ambiance is often described as 'cozy' and 'charming,' some feedback indicates that seating can be limited and service can be slow, especially during busier periods.
The cafe appears to be a good option for a relaxed meal or a late-night hangout.
We'd recommend it for those looking for a welcoming, round-the-clock cafe experience, particularly if you're not in a rush.

Good food, good service, good drinks, very accommodating staffs and a good hangout for night owls. The only downside is too little seats and the serving time is too slow.
