Our take: Fajar Noodle & Fish Soup appears to be a local favorite, particularly for its fishball and pork soup noodles, priced at an accessible $4.00.
Reviewers consistently praise the soup's refreshing quality and the overall taste of their noodle dishes.
The Koay Teow Soup also gets a specific mention for being 'very yummy' and cooked to order.
We note a recurring recommendation for adding '小鱼条' (small fish strips) to the sliced pork bitter gourd soup, suggesting a popular customisation.
While the soup and fishballs receive high marks, there's a minor point of contention regarding the noodles themselves, with one reviewer finding the sauce 'weird' and another noting an inconsistent portion size, describing it as 'pathetic' on one occasion.
Despite this, the general sentiment leans heavily positive, highlighting it as a reliable option for a satisfying and affordable meal.
Verdict: A solid choice for a quick, comforting noodle soup, especially if you're in the Bukit Panjang area and appreciate a good fishball soup.

Awesome fishball & pork soup noodle for $4.00. My favourite when I visit fajar shopping center to visit my regular physician at the chinese medical hall for my back pain opposite the store. The fish b…
My favourite. I love to add 小鱼条 to the sliced pork bitterguard soup! Yums! Not crazy about the noodles, sauce taste weird. This and the roast duck at the same coffeeshop are my cheap indulgence.
The Koay Teow Soup is very yummy and its cook to order. Awesome!!!
Like their soup and noodle. Lately, loved the "white version" of bachormee (just pork lard, basic flavouring, spring onions) and theirs was not too bad.
Noodle and soup were pretty good but the portion of the noodle was pathetic. Had it here before and was never so little like this time.
