Our take: Habib's Express in Sengkang offers Indian cuisine, but the public consensus, reflected in a 1.9/5 Google rating, suggests significant inconsistencies.
While some reviewers have found the briyani acceptable, noting a generous rice portion for $7, the prata receives consistent criticism for being undercooked, mushy, and not fresh.
One reviewer specifically mentioned the coin prata being doughy and oily.
The mee goreng, however, has been noted as a potentially better option, aligning with a general observation that Habib's Express franchises often do well with noodle dishes.
We think this outlet struggles with its prata offerings.
We'd advise caution with the prata and suggest exploring the noodle dishes if you're already in the area, but it's not a destination for Indian food.
