Our take: He Le Noodle at Jurong West Hawker Centre seems to be a solid choice for those seeking a hearty bowl of Chinese beef noodles.
We note consistent praise for the generous portion sizes and the flavourful, well-simmered broth, particularly in the spicy beef hele noodles which cost $5.50.
While some reviewers found the broth a bit too fatty, the overall consensus points to a satisfying meal.
The stall also offers side dishes like the $3 chili oil chicken, which has been highlighted as a tasty accompaniment.
We'd recommend visiting after the main lunch rush, around 2pm, to avoid potential crowds, although service is generally described as fast.
This spot appears to be a reliable, value-for-money option for a substantial noodle fix.
Verdict: A dependable everyday option for a filling and flavourful noodle meal, especially if you're in the Jurong West area.
