Had the kway chap after hearing good things. Broth was flavourful but I personally prefer a slightly stronger herbal taste. The intestines were cleaned very well though, so still enjoyed it.

Happen to come across this braised duck stall inside Koufu foodcourt. Name is Heyya.Love the duck which is so tender. Chilli was wonderful and soup was flavourful. Will definitely be back for more.
