Our take: Huat Li Food Court serves the Pioneer industrial area, with a focus on Indian and Malay cuisine.
We see consistent praise for the quality of the Indian and Malay stalls, with some reviewers calling it one of the best options in the west for these dishes.
However, pricing is a recurring concern, particularly for the Indian Muslim stall (Al Zara), where a Nasi Goreng Ayam was noted at $8, significantly higher than the $5-$6 average expected for the area.
Similarly, a Kopi 'O' at $1.40 was flagged as overpriced compared to typical hawker prices.
Parking is also a significant issue during lunch hours, which can deter potential diners in this industrial zone.
We'd recommend it for those in the vicinity looking for reliable Indian and Malay food, but advise caution on pricing and to plan around the lunch rush for parking.

The food served at the Indian and Malay stall here are very nice. The only issue here is parking during lunch hour. For an industrial area like Tuas, parking is a BIG issue in deciding where to eat.
Overpriced Indian Muslim Stall (Al Zara) charges $8 for a Nasi Goreng Ayam. If this was at Orchard Road, I would be ok with the price. But no, this store is located in the an industrial area. When I a…
One of the best places to have indian breakfast and lunch in the west. Very rare to find such good cooks in indian dishes near your workplace especially this far out in the west side of Singapore.
Over all still acceptable but only kopi ‘O’ is over price @ 1.40 even such coffee in other places is 1.20-1.30 only
A good place to rest and go...varieties of stall.
