Our take: Kia95 Fresh Seafood, located in Queenstown, is a hawker centre known for its nostalgic charm and a variety of local delights.

While the name suggests seafood, the reviews highlight other popular stalls, particularly for breakfast.

The peanut pancake (Ming Jiang Kueh) is frequently mentioned as a must-try, with some reviewers noting it's 'really worth the queue.' Other popular options include wanton soup, economic bee hoon, and 'Only One - Laksa,' though opinions on the laksa's gravy thickness vary.

We note that many stalls tend to close by early afternoon, with some reviewers arriving after 1 pm finding most stalls already shut.

Parking is also cited as limited.

Given the impending demolition of the estate, we recommend visiting sooner rather than later to experience this 'old school' hawker centre.

Verdict: Best for a morning visit to catch the full range of stalls, especially for the popular peanut pancake, but be prepared for queues.

Nice nostalgic neighbourhood with many good food choices. Alas, the estate is slated for demolition soon and most stalls will be closed nearing late 2019/2020. Go there when its still opened.
