Editor’s Note

Last updated 29 May 2026

Our take: Kimly Coffeeshop at Blk 280 Bishan Street 24 presents a mixed bag of hawker fare.

The BBQ chicken wings receive consistent praise for their taste, though some note they aren't the cheapest.

The Assam fish tail is highlighted for its 'sour and tangy kick,' and the fried chicken is described as crispy and well-paired with its sauce.

However, there are significant criticisms regarding value and service at certain stalls.

The fish soup, for instance, is called 'very expensive' at over $15 for a small portion with few fish pieces.

Other stalls face issues like bland mee goreng, overly soupy spinach with three eggs, and poor quality hot milo.

Service at some beverage stalls is also flagged as rude, with incorrect orders being blamed on customers.

We'd recommend sticking to the more positively reviewed items like the BBQ chicken wings and Assam fish tail, and being prepared for potential inconsistencies in both food quality and service across the various stalls.

Best for a quick, targeted meal rather than a full dining experience.

Tried the prata place, store isn’t listed on google maps. Prata is alright, more on the softer side. Mee goreng is quite bland, able to taste the noodle alkaline taste. Will pass on the noodles.

Simply the the worst hot milo you can get in Singapore. And both the staffs are rude, taking wrong order but blame to the customer. Please don’t buy hot milo from here.
