Our take: Lam's Kitchen @ Race Course is a well-regarded Chinese eatery in Kallang, consistently drawing crowds for its comforting, high-protein dishes.
Reviewers frequently highlight the abalone minced pork dry noodles and the salt-baked chicken as must-tries, with the latter often recommended for takeaway.
The chicken thigh is noted for its tenderness, and the noodles are praised for their flavour.
Other popular items include the minced meat tofu and the otah carrot cake, which some claim is the most flavourful in town.
For those who prefer non-spicy options, the White Noodle is a solid choice, and the crispy pork strips are a tasty new addition.
While it can get quite crowded, especially during lunch, the consensus is that the food quality makes it a worthwhile visit.
We think Lam's Kitchen is a reliable spot for a satisfying Chinese meal, particularly if you're looking for hearty, flavourful dishes.
