Our take: LE Mala in Bedok stands out for its affordability and consistent quality, making it a strong contender for the best mala in the area.
We note the pricing structure of $2.20/100g for all ingredients, including meat and seafood, which is highlighted as very reasonable by multiple reviewers.
The spice levels are noted to be robust, with the 'normal spicy' option already delivering a significant kick, suggesting it caters well to those who enjoy heat.
While the variety of ingredients might be slightly less extensive than some larger mala stalls, the taste and value are consistently praised.
Reviewers frequently commend the friendly service and the less oily, aromatic preparation of the mala.
We think this spot is ideal for a satisfying and budget-friendly mala fix, especially if you're in the Bedok area.
It's a reliable everyday option, not a destination meal.
