We think this McDonald's outlet in Shell Hougang is a bit of a mixed bag.
On one hand, several reviews highlight the quality of the food, particularly the fries, which are consistently described as hot, crispy, and well-salted – a refreshing change from the 'tamed' versions found elsewhere.
The Quarter Pounder also gets a nod for tasting like a 'real cheeseburger from the past'.
However, the operational side presents significant challenges.
