Always a delight buying from Mount Alvernia outlet, staff Zarinah has a pleasant personality. Always serving customers with a smile.
Food is the usual polar. Service at this outlet is terrible. Young female staff is always on break (does not write down a timing when she will be back), napping behind the counter/using hand phone.
Was waiting to buy a sugar roll (without sugar). Called the staff but she was busy manning her phone while awaiting for the oven. Then a lady came and "jump" queue and the staff did not even bothered…
