Our take: Seletar Corner presents itself as a quiet neighbourhood coffeeshop, a 'hidden gem' according to some regulars.
We see consistent praise for the kosong Prata, described as crispy and chewy, with the stall generously topping up curry.
The ban mian also receives positive mentions for its tasty broth, and the spinach soup, priced at $5, is noted for its fresh, leafy greens.
Other recommended dishes include horfun, prawn paste chicken, and chicken rice.
However, a recurring criticism points to the beverages being diluted and bland, with one reviewer specifically mentioning a 'bland as hell' Tea C.
The wanton mee also gets a lukewarm review for being tasteless with sparse ingredients.
We think this spot is best for those seeking a no-frills, local dining experience with a few standout dishes, provided you manage your expectations for the drinks.
It's a reliable option for a casual meal in a quiet setting.
Verdict: A solid choice for specific hawker fare, but skip the beverages.

Small quiet coffeeshop in a quiet landed estate. Have a number of good offerings ranging from cai fan to ang ku kuehs. Had a chicken rice and ban mian this visit. Enjoyed both, especially the chicke…
It was very nice and the aunties and uncles are super nice! Be sure to try the Wanton Mee and maybe the chicken rice or prata!
Best prata. Crispy and chewy which melts eventually. Wan Ton pretty tasteless and ingredients too little. Ordered Tea C...bland as hell. Old uncle takes order, foreign born staff makes it.
Horfun and prawn paste chicken are good. Quite pocket friendly too.
