Our take: Sin Ming Road Handmade Noodles offers a straightforward, no-frills experience for those seeking handmade noodles in Sengkang.
Reviewers consistently highlight the Tom Yum You Mian and the generous portions of ingredients, particularly in dishes like the prawn u mien.
While some note the Tom Yum soup base can be on the saltier side, the noodles themselves are praised for their firm, chewy texture.
The pricing is generally considered reasonable, making it a decent option for a quick and satisfying meal.
The stall appears to be a welcome addition to the neighborhood, providing a reliable choice for handmade noodle enthusiasts.
We'd recommend it as a solid local option for a casual meal, especially if you're in the mood for Tom Yum noodles and appreciate a good noodle texture, but be prepared for a potentially salty broth.

SIN MING ROAD HANDMADE NOODLE • FISH SOUP Typical looking Tom yum you Mian. The eggs still raw looking though. For Tom yum noodles, pretty good price! Noodles was quite salty on its own, firm and che…
Ordered the prawn u mien—quite impressed with the generous amount of ingredients. Overall, the food was good.
Very decent bowl of lala noodles at a reasonable price
Noodle is simple and nice. The coffee shop has not many choices but decent for a quick dinner.
I enjoy their tom yum yi mian (although the soup base is a little too salty) and double fish soup. Great to finally have a good handmade noodle stall in this neighbourhood!
