We note that while it's marketed as a 'snooze lounge,' the reality is more akin to a general seating area with some added amenities.

There are two locations in T1; the one behind Hermes is larger, brighter, and noisier, featuring a food court, cafe, bar, and TV.

The other, behind Coffee Bean, has single sofa seats but no recliners.

For those seeking actual sleep, reclining seats are available but are limited (around 15) and often require a wait of up to two hours, as reported by users.

While the cleanliness and lack of strong smells are commendable, we think it's best suited for working on a laptop or reading, rather than a deep sleep.

We'd recommend it as a functional stopover for charging and sitting, especially for long transits, but not as a primary sleeping solution.

Verdict: A practical, free amenity for short rests and charging, but manage expectations for actual 'snoozing'.
