Our take: Starbucks at NEX offers the consistent beverage quality and friendly service expected from the brand.
Reviews frequently highlight the staff's attentiveness, with specific shout-outs for customer-oriented service, even when accommodating order changes for promotions.
This location, however, is noted for its open setting, which contributes to a lively atmosphere but also makes securing a seat challenging during peak hours.
While the drinks are reliably good, the main consideration here is the availability of seating.
We'd recommend visiting during off-peak times if you plan to sit and enjoy your coffee.
Otherwise, it's a reliable spot for a quick takeaway, especially if you're already in the NEX vicinity.

Shoutout to Khalia for her great service and customer oriented mindset! I ordered a drink and was hesitant to change my order when I realised there was a new drink that is applicable for the promotion…
The beverages taste is always consistent across all outlets. The staff are always friendly and approachable, and they listen carefully to your order requests and get them right consistently across all…
Typical Starbucks fare in a rather open setting. Really tough to get seats during peak hours. Drinks are what you would expect from Starbucks.
