Our take: STR Fitness Club, located on Canal Road, consistently receives high praise for its personalised approach to fitness and rehabilitation.
We see a strong emphasis on expert coaching, particularly from JJ, a licensed physiotherapist with extensive experience, who appears to be a key figure in the club's success.
Members highlight the effectiveness of combining physiotherapy with tailored strength training, noting significant improvements in recovery and overall fitness.
The facility is well-equipped, especially for Hyrox training, featuring official equipment and offering small group classes and personalised plans.
The smaller class sizes are frequently mentioned as a benefit, allowing for more individual attention.
The club also offers practical amenities like dedicated shower facilities, a private treatment room, and an outdoor terrace with views, adding to the overall experience.
We think STR Fitness Club is an excellent choice for individuals seeking a holistic fitness and recovery journey, particularly those interested in Hyrox training or injury rehabilitation, who value expert guidance and a supportive environment.
