The waffles just keep getting thinner, and the filling keeps shrinking. Really disappointing.
Employee need to be train on food hygiene. Saw one of the worker with her finger in her mouth before handling the bread. Bread display also not that clean.
Bought waffles earlier and was attended by two extremely rude staff. One of them did not know how to speak in English. Please send them for English and retraining course.
Ordered waffles earlier this evening but was served with horrible attitude by the two staff, never encountered such experience at other SH branches
