Beef broth is very tasty. Noodles is hand made and cooked nicely. Not soggy and just firm enough.
Excellent food
No bad broth, cycling here and enjoy! It's authentic ramen broth, the noodles are very chewy, and the chili is very fragrant. It's a rare find among delicious ramen.
