Do my customers need to download an app?
No. STAMPEDE runs in any phone browser as a progressive web app. Customers join and collect stamps without downloading anything from an app store, on iPhone or Android.
How do customers join my loyalty programme?
A customer scans the QR code at your counter, enters their name and phone number, and confirms with a 4-digit code. There is no account to create and no app to install. International visitors log in with email instead.
How long does it take for a customer to sign up?
About 30 seconds, start to finish, on any phone. Returning customers log back in within about 5 seconds, with no URL to memorise. Frictionless signup is the feature clients mention most.
Can older customers use STAMPEDE?
Yes. Because there is no app to download and signup is a simple QR scan plus a phone number, STAMPEDE works for customers of every age. The oldest STAMPEDE user across our client brands is 83 years old.
What happens if a customer loses their phone?
Their stamps and rewards are safe. A digital stamp card is tied to the customer's phone number, not the device, so they simply log in again on a new phone with the same number and their full history is there. Nothing is lost, unlike a paper card.
Can customers use STAMPEDE without internet?
Customers need a basic internet connection to load their stamp card and log in, the same as opening any web page. Most use their own mobile data, and many outlets also offer WiFi. There is no large app to download, so the pages are light and load quickly.

How do digital stamp cards work?
A digital stamp card lives on the customer's phone instead of paper. Each visit, your cashier scans their card to add a stamp, and reaching a milestone unlocks a reward automatically. There is nothing to lose, forge, or reprint.
Can I customise my rewards and milestones?
Yes. You choose how many stamps earn a reward and what that reward is, for example buy 8 get 1 free. You can change milestones and rewards any time without reprinting anything, and the programme runs under your own name, logo, and colours.

Mystery rewards are surprise perks you can drop along the stamp journey to keep customers curious. Instead of knowing exactly what every milestone gives, customers are rewarded with an unexpected treat, which drives repeat visits.

Every customer gets a unique referral link to share. When a friend joins and earns their first stamp, both the referrer and the friend receive a reward automatically. Referrals are built in, not a paid add-on.
