How per-outlet pricing works
STAMPEDE charges per outlet, not per user or per transaction. A single-outlet cafe pays $50 per month on Growth. A chain with 5 outlets pays $250 per month.
However many customers join and however many stamps they collect, the price per outlet stays the same — so your costs are predictable as your loyalty base grows.
What's not included
The plan price is the platform price. The one variable cost is outbound messaging — WhatsApp, email, and SMS sends draw on marketing Sparks, and WhatsApp carries the usual carrier fees.
The Scale plan includes a monthly Sparks allowance for broadcasts. There are no setup fees and no hidden charges beyond messaging.

What happens after 45 members?
Your customers never lose their cards, rewards or referral links. When you grow past 45 members, Growth removes the limit.

STAMPEDE charges per outlet, not per customer or per transaction. A single-outlet cafe pays for one outlet no matter how many customers join, and a chain pays per outlet it runs.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee and no onboarding charge. Running your loyalty programme is free for your first 45 members, and the monthly plan price only starts when you outgrow that.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no contract and no lock-in. You can cancel at any time, and billing stops at the end of your current period.
Is there a discount for multiple outlets?
Pricing is per outlet, so a five-outlet chain pays five times the single-outlet price. For larger chains with specific needs, contact the STAMPEDE team to discuss the Scale plan and options.
