STAMPEDE is an AI-powered loyalty and marketing platform for Singapore's F&B industry, starting at $50 per outlet per month. It offers digital stamp cards, referral programs, WhatsApp automation, AI food photography, and weekly AI business reports. no app download or POS system required. STAMPEDE AI PTE. LTD. (UEN 202611946M) is headquartered in Singapore.
I'm biased. I built STAMPEDE. I'll tell you that upfront.
But I also spent 10 years in Singapore F&B before building it. from Hans Im Glück to CHA MULAN to Letao Doré. I evaluated every loyalty platform on this list before deciding to build my own. So I'll tell you what's good about each one, where STAMPEDE wins, and where it doesn't.
Here's what actually matters if you run one of Singapore's approximately 13,400 licensed hawker stalls or other F&B brands in Singapore.
The only question that matters
Can your auntie customer use it without help?
If the answer is no, nothing else matters. Not the features. Not the price. Not the dashboard.
Most loyalty apps fail at hawker centres because they were designed for cafes. Young customers. Tech-savvy. Willing to download an app or create an account.
Hawker centre customers are different. Some are 70 years old. Some have never downloaded an app. Some can barely read English.
The tool has to work for them. Or it doesn't work at all.
The contenders
There are four loyalty platforms with a meaningful presence in or around Singapore's F&B market. Here's how they compare for the hawker stall use case specifically.
STAMPEDE
Price: $50 SGD/month per outlet. No setup fee. No contract.
How customers join: Scan QR code → enter phone number → done. No app download. No email. No account creation. Works in the phone browser.
What you get:
Digital stamp card with configurable milestones and mystery rewards
Built-in referral program (flat or tiered. both parties rewarded)
WhatsApp automations: birthday rewards, near-milestone nudges, win-back messages, coupon expiry reminders
AI food photography (6 styles from one photo)
Weekly AI business report (plain-English summary, not dashboards)
AI fraud detection (nightly analysis of suspicious patterns)
Push notifications, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns
Run Instagram ads from the platform in a few taps. (Source: Enterprise Singapore)
Multi-outlet support with per-branch reporting
True white-label. customers see your brand, not STAMPEDE's
Print kit with QR stickers and posters
Elderly-accessible UX (CDC-benchmarked font sizing)
Best for: F&B owners that want loyalty + referral + WhatsApp marketing in one platform, without requiring customers to download anything.
Weaknesses: No POS integration yet (in pipeline). No free tier (free setup, pay on go-live). No delivery stamps for packaging.
Flex Rewards
Price: $36 SGD/month. $14.50 per additional outlet. $10 per additional card program.
How customers join: Flex Rewards app or mobile browser. App is encouraged.
What you get:
Digital stamp cards (1–100 stamps, multiple card programs)

Weaknesses: Partial white-label. cards are branded but live inside the Flex Rewards ecosystem. Customers see Flex Rewards, not your brand. No WhatsApp marketing. No AI features. No built-in referral at the same depth as STAMPEDE. QR scanner crash reports on Google Play.
Rewardly
Price: $39 SGD/month (NEA-licensed hawkers). $59/month (non-NEA). $199/month (unlimited, POS included).
How customers join: Web-based (Rewardly Customer App). No native app download.

e27 Top 100 APAC Startups 2024
Best for: Hawker stalls or cafes that need a full POS + loyalty combo and are willing to switch POS systems.
Weaknesses: The loyalty is secondary to the POS. it's bolted on, not the core product. If you already have a POS you like, switching to Rewardly means changing your entire setup. No WhatsApp automation. No AI features. No food photography. The $39 hawker price only applies to NEA-licensed stalls.
Stamp Me
Price: $49 USD/month (~$66 SGD) for Lite. $79 USD/month (~$107 SGD) for Pro. Elite (multi-location) is custom pricing.

Weaknesses: App download required. this is a dealbreaker for hawker centres. Stamp Me branding visible to customers (not white-label). No Singapore-specific presence. Pro features cost $107 SGD/month. more than double STAMPEDE. Google Play reviews report bugs, authentication issues, and reward counting errors as of January 2026. No WhatsApp marketing. No AI features.

My honest take
If you need a POS, get Rewardly. STAMPEDE doesn't do POS. Rewardly does, and their hawker pricing at $39/month is competitive. Just know that you're buying a POS system with loyalty bolted on, not a dedicated loyalty platform.
If you want the cheapest option and your customers are young enough to download an app, Flex Rewards at $36/month with a free startup package is a reasonable choice. The partial white-label is a trade-off.
If you're a hawker stall owner whose customers include elderly people, who wants WhatsApp marketing, referral tracking, AI reports, and a system that looks like your brand. STAMPEDE is what I'd recommend. Obviously. I built it for exactly this use case.
What I'd avoid for hawker stalls: Stamp Me. The app download requirement kills adoption at hawker centres. The pricing is the highest on this list. And they have no Singapore-specific presence or support.
The real test: try them. Most offer a free setup or trial. Put a QR code on your counter and see what your actual customers do. That data is worth more than any comparison article. including this one.
